Today Sep 2nd is your birthday, and while you are no longer here to celebrate, your presence still fills our hearts. Happy Birthday in heaven, our dear friend Amit. You may be gone from this world, but never from our hearts, “you are there with us”. You are deeply missed and always cherished.

Keep his spirit alive through the causes he loved.

Amit left on Ram Navami, in the sacred Brahma Muhurta on April 6, 2025 - the hour when the soul is said to be closest to the divine. His passing in that holy moment is a blessed and poignant farewell according to Hinduism.

On his last day, Amit rejoiced at a family wedding and was lovingly honored by hotel staff he had befriended during two weeks of travel, with cake and songs. Before his passing, he journeyed to London and was in Delhi to reunite with his family. With plans to visit New York, Las Vegas, and Hawaii, he departed this world while pursuing what he loved, surrounded by those dearest to him.
